About

My photo
Linsey Hope
One of my many nicknames I had as a child, and still get today from my parents, is "Persistent Penelope". I was never a very loud and demanding child, but in my quietness I had a high degree of persistence to my actions; hence, the nickname. When I was wracking my brain to find the right name to label my photography my Mom had the idea "Persistence Photography". The name seemed to fit...well... perfectly actually. So that is what I named it. That is also my desire: to become a persistent photographer. I hope to persist into discovering the deep recesses of people's hearts to portray them as they are; into capturing the injustices that plague this world to right the wrong; and into the beauty and necessity of diverse cultures for all to see.
